The 45,011 sq ft Horton Building is on the campus of the Central Ohio Aerospace & Technology Center in Heath, Ohio and was built by the Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority in 2011.

Modern Clean Rooms:  Environmentally-controlled clean rooms are a unique feature of the Horton Building.  The building is designed with a clean room bay and the ability for up to four build-to-suit clean rooms. 

 

The first clean room module was built by Western Environmental in Summer 2011.  It measures 1,000 sq ft (20’x50’) and was built to ISO7 (Class 10,000) standards.

 

Unique Amenities:  The clean room bay has four office suites, modern common area, drive-in door access, and fronts a Dawes Arboretum-inspired plaza.

 

Smart Capabilities:  The Horton Building means  commercial access to on-campus capabilities, including The Boeing Company’s 3D-prototyping, virtual reality lab and precision measurement labs.  The Air Force Primary Standards Laboratory operated by Bionetics is also on-site.
